I BELIEVE THIS IS WHAT IS KNOWN AS A "RINGER"-SINGER: We've become accustomed to Finland scoring no points in Eurovision, but this year's Finnish entry has no Finns, either. The winner of the Finland heat was Geir Ronning - we'll not place the unlaut on his name, it's such a bitch in HTML - and Geir is actually Norwegian. However, the song was mainly composed by a Finn. Apart from the words, which were written by an American.
