Perhaps Victoria Newton is all giddy because of Norris asking Rita to marry him and now believes that there's a romantic notion behind every shared meal: how else could she report, with a straight face, that Paul McCartney and Renee Zellweger went on a date. What to most people would seem to be two adults getting a meal together has Victoria seeing hosts of angels floating on pink hearts.
