I'm sure Gordon Smart can explain exactly how photos of Brooklyn playing soccer don't contravene the rules about 'famous parents' not being a reason to publish pictures of children in UK newspapers, can't he?
Are there any rules about publishing pics when one's younger brother has his own fashion range, do you think?

I suspect The Guardian's defence there would be that the launch of the fashion label is the justification there.
