Countryobit: Little Jimmy Dickens

Little Jimmy Dickens, novelty country singer, has died.

His act was pretty much based on being four foot eleven; but it was an act that served him well - he had his first country hit in 1949, and was still working just before Christmas with a Grand Old Opry performance.



Jimmy Dickens was 94; he died January 2nd following a cardiac arrest.
