Karl Francis, the Cardiff movie maker, was on board, and an application for funding had gone into the Welsh film board, Sgr n. Then Karl Francis decided to call the board of Sgr n all the names under the sun, including people incapable of selling faggots and peas in Cardiff market. We're guessing the application might not get quite the rosy reception it was expecting. Hint to Karl: Best to wait until you've got the cash before slagging off the guy holding the wallet.
