Hmmm...if music hath the power to stir the French folk into action, I would have thought that having to put up with Johnny Halliday with his ongoing p!sspoor Elvis rehash would have incited revolution well before now.
Or maybe the MP wanted the youth of today to listen to less violent music, like, for example, the national anthem. I mean, just because it was the marching song of Revolution-era troops from Marseille who were on their way to the capital to rape, torture and decapitate innocent aristocrats, why should it incite suburban youth to riot on the streets of Paris?
