The government is going to write a law which outlaws something already illegal? Let's hope that works, or they might have to legislate something to ensure that law-enforcing law isn't scoffed at.

It is quite stupid, isn't it? Then again I was just looking at the bullet points of the proposals and can't help but notice the fact that whilst they are promising "digital radio upgrade by 2015" they are also pushing the fast broadband thing, which in its own way will probably make digital radio obsolete quite quickly! I suppose the whole report is quite daft given that better conclusion could've been written in an afternoon by some net-savvy teenager.
