Misfits (Trademark)

There's an almighty battle between Glenn Danzig and Jerry Only over, erm, who has the rights to licence The Misfits logo to Hot Topic:

Earlier this week, details surfaced from an April lawsuit Danzig filed against the Misfits. Reports say the lawsuit surrounds Misfits merchandising and Danzig's claim that the band's trademark had been registered by Jerry Only behind his back, maliciously preventing merchandisers (like Hot Topic) from doing business with him.

Danzig is seeking a portion of proceeds, which we are now learning from the band, he apparently has no rights to per a 1995 agreement.
