Dustbin's Bar Mitzvah

Dustin's Bar Mitzvah have are wrapping up after drummer Toby Burrows quit. Dave Lazar says that the band couldn't continue without him, as:

"It's not like he's (like former Oasis drummers) Tony McCarroll or Alan White, Dustin's worked because it was the four of us."

That's quite touching. So, they're going to just stop, are they?

Erm, no:
"Me, Rob and Baco have got a new drummer and lots of new songs, we are looking for a keyboard player. the new band will be a continuation on from Dustin's Bar Mitzvah in a way, we are thinking of keeping the Dustin's part of the name and then adding to it, but the names not the priority at the moment. We will keep you posted on progress, hopefully will have some songs up by the end of summer."

So, it's a band, with the same people, and a name that kind of sounds the same. They might not want to carry on without Toby, but they're certainly putting on a brave face.
