We'd imagine, having seen the 1909 End-user licence agreement from an RCA Victor 78 that EMI are probably still pursuing people who've violated that contract. Or suing their grandkids, anyway.

Wouldn't it be Sony BMG (who own the marque RCA for records) who'd be doing the suing?
