U2 destruction: Not far enough?

We got slightly thrilled to discover that a judge had ordered the destruction of U2's back catalogue, but then it turned out to only be one person's collection, not all of their records in existence.

Wow. Just, wow. I'm not sure what that even means.

Still it is the most ridiculous punishment I've read in a while. Couldn't they just force the person to turn the volume down or ban them from using anything but headphones? I mean doesn't this set a worrying precedent?

And that was just at normal volume.
