NEXT PLAN IS TO CALL ANNE MAURICE IN

Surprisingly, attempts to sell the home of June Carter and Johnny Cash are coming to grief - mainly because it seems the price is way too high. And it's not in a good school's catchment area, probably.

The asking price has been dropped USD400,000 in a bid to try and get some interest; failing that, they might try painting it a neutral colour and clearing away all the knick-knacks.
