A delightful arrangement cooked up under the Thatcher that's so far cost us a billion quids worth of healthcare, hospitals and education; to say nothing of the billions we're about to waste on the off-chance they're still there. We'd be delighted to know if there's any legal action the British taxpayer could take against Thatcher, or if - better yet - her arming and underwriting of the torture constitutes another war crime.
