GARY CHERONE IS THE TROTSKY OF THE VAN HALEN REVOLUTION: Van Halen are desperately loading up Photoshop to remove all traces of Gary Cherone from their history. Cherone, of course, took up vocals for the band when they decided their business was still unfinished towards the end of 90s - he survived for two years before the Halens had one of those awkward conversations where nobody looks at anyone else. Now, though, the band are pushing the former Extreme singer out of their history, leaving all the material from the Cherone-fronted Van Halen III off their latest 'best-of' collection.



Bet Extreme wishes it would be quite so easy for them.
