(Lotsa De Casha - do you know, i think there might be a clue in the name there...) Clearly, the high price of Madonna's childrens books (as much as thirteen quid for a picture book) has been chosen to ensure that the little people are able to relieve themselves of as much money as possible, so that they don't feel that terrible hollow feeling only the rich can possibly understand.
