DOHERTY GIVEN BAIL PASS: Well, the question of how Doherty would manage to play gigs when he's got to be home by ten has been answered: tonight, Babyshambles will take the stage at 8.45; tomorrow, he's been granted an extension to midnight. So, like in Cinderella, Pete Doherty will be able to go to the ball, or at least the Academy. He was in court today anyway for a hearing; the outcome of which was to have his bail reduced by fifty grand - presumably, then, he'sconsidered now a third less likely to abscond? - and that he wand Alan Wass will have to return to court April 18th to enter their pelas on the charges relating to the hotel incident.
