Since the British government are planning to spend a small fortune on a campaign to tell kids that just because it's been reclassified as a Class C drug, smoking dope isn't cool - I'd imagine a big picture of Art with his perm and the words: "This man smokes cannabis" would do the trick. Perhaps with Bright Eyes as the soundtrack.
