I FEEL LIKE A RAMBLE: While the British legal system happily rolls over and lets the glittery dazzle of Madonna's fame allow her to take a large chunk of open country and make it her private property, the New Zealanders aren't quite so sappy. The Overseas Investment Commission has told Shania Twain that if she wants to lease land on the South Island, she'll have to open it up to public 'tramping' rights.
We're sure she's delighted.
