CLIFF IS COMING FOR THE TOUTS
The dodgy getmetickets agency is about to face a two-pronged attack that should chill the blood of head tout Michael Rangos: Cliff Richard and Nicky Campbell are uniting to drag him onto Watchdog. Cliff was upset after discovering tickets for his tour are being marked up from £45 to £377:
The 65-year-old singer described online ticket agency getmetickets.net as "manipulative, extortionate and mean".
He said: "It's taking advantage of someone's love for someone."
It is indeed. Mind you, you could argue that charging forty-five quid for a couple of hour's entertainment is hardly being generous, couldn't you, Cliff?
