U2's tour mates (we're not holding that against them, mind) The Arcade Fire have plans for next month, releasing Wake Up on November 14th. It's only going to be available on seven inch single, though, but if that's a little too lo-fi for your needs and desires, you can watch the video online to your heart's content. Or until you hit your bandwidth limit. Or your neighbours catch you.

On the front page at the mo, the Ads by Goooooogle have ended up in the left hand column, driving all the poor content right off the right hand side of the screen.
Boring but true.
Funny. I'd tried all the usual jazz (on the lesser Firefox 1.0.4); nothing doing -- and now it's fine.
Best approach to all problems: tum-te-tum wait and they go away.
Hmm... I suspect it was Google reminding us that we're all its bitches...
