TOWNSHEND INSISTS: THE WHO ARE COMING
It's been rumoured to be alive, and then dead again, but now Pete Townshend who, we assume, must be in a position to know, insists: The Who will have a new album and a tour later this year.
Or, presumably, he shall want to know why.
