DYANMITE MAKES THE TEA

We suppose that part of community service is meant to be justice being seen to be done, so it's not likely that Ms Dynamite can complain overmuch that the News of the World is running pictures of her on her way to make the tea at a London charity.

Lovers of the English language, though, might be less keen on the mangling rush for puns on the part of the NOTW:

BOO may have been the hit single that shot Ms Dynamite to stardom, but "Brew?" is the tune she's dancing to nowadays.

For we can reveal the bad-girl rap star is making TEA for Aids sufferers in a charity kitchen as part of a community service order.

And the only smash hits the 25-year-old singer's involved in are when she drops the crockery on the floor.

[Of course, we should also point out her that any journalist who uses the phrase "aids sufferers" should probably be rethinking about a career in the catering industry themselves.]

What irks Ms D, it seems, is the wrinkle the whole thing puts in her lifestyle:

"She's not happy about having to show up and work early on Sundays.

"She hates the fact that it starts at 8am because that just ruins her Saturday night out.

"To be fair to her though, she's turning up and doing the work."

Well, yes, but then she'd go to prison if she didn't.
