CONGRATULATIONS, WE. ERM, THINK...
The feeling that Ozzfest is less like a heavy metal thrashathon and more like a day trip to Butlins is strengthened by the discovery that they do a beauty contest. (There's probably also bingo, too.)
This is Miss Ozzfest 2006 - Jennifer Parker from Buffalo. Interesting that they chose someone who looks like a curious melding of Ozzy and Sharon, isn't it?
