Doherty driven to the dock

Pete Doherty is due back in court on 13th Feburary - this time for a bunch of motoring offences: failing to produce driving documents, driving with no insurance; driving with no MOT and failing to comply with driving licence conditions. The passengers in the car with Doherty when he was stopped last November have both been charged with drug offences.
