Bested in American Idol; still in with a shout on The Contender

Jessica Sierra, who could have won American Idol, but lost in the final, has been arrested on assault charges. Police say she hit someone on the head with a "deadly weapon" - a heavy glass; she's also been charged with possessing cocaine. There's another charge, of "introducing contraband into a correctional facility", which seems to be that she's been charged not just with having cocaine when the police searched her, but also with having cocaine when the police searched her.
