Wannadies die
I suspect you'd assumed it had already happened, but it turns out that The Wannadies hadn't actually split up before today.
Today they did, though.
It perhaps says a lot about how far the tide of fashion had swept by them that the news was broken exclusively by, erm, Teletext.

C4 Teletext music news/reviews has been pretty fantastic for years! They have a lot of exclusives on there and have been first for a lot of news stories for years - I dunno why - good journalists I suppose. Unsung heroes I say!!
