WE MIGHT NEVER HAVE PARIS

The most astonishing thing about the story of Paris Hilton finding nobody wants to work with her on buying her a musical career is that Le Tigre have turned her down.

What on earth was she thinking of calling Le Tigre in the first place? Is she just working her way through bands that appeared on the coverlines of the last Rolling Stone she bought?

She also asked The Black Eyed Peas and JC Chasez. No wonder the Peas decided to split up.

Ha ha, that's great. I wish I'd been a fly on the wall when during the Paris/Kathleen conversation, or the Paris's publicist/Kathleen conversation.

I remember reading about how Sammy Hagar, while loitereing around backstage at a Nirvana show sometime around the post Nevermind-pre-In Utero era, begged and pleaded with Kurt Cobain to let him come on and do an encore with them. They said no. But I think they were polite about it.
