A PERFECTLY ORDINARY EVENT

There's nothing at all sinister about Brian Harvey's accident, says his tireless manager Simon Harrison:

"Brian has had a series of recollections, but... it was nothing sinister," Simon Harrison said.

One of those not-sinister falling out of your own reversing car and going under the wheels, then. One of those.

"It is very positive... he is now in a normal ward. He could go home in a week, but it could be up to eight weeks. He is on the road to recovery, but they are long-term healing injuries." The singer would not reveal more about the incident yet as he had two exclusive interview deals lined up, Mr Harrison said.

Well, every not-sinister cloud has a silver lining, doesn't it, eh? Some people might have been tempted to mollycoddle a man who'd been seriously depressed and then facing life-threatening injuries; thank God Harvey's got people around who care enough about him and his career to make sure he can turn that accident into a couple of column inches in the tabloids.
