THEY WEREN'T ALREADY DIVORCED?
Presumably he simply forgot in the last changing of the blondes, but it turns out that Rod Stewart had never got round to divorcing Rachel Hunter. He's putting that right now he's got Penny Lancaster pregnant; filed for divorce from Hunter, and look how excited he is about that:
Of course, he maybe should have done the divorce before getting engaged to Penny...
