GOD DOESN'T SEEM TO LOOK AFTER CHRISTIAN ROCK BANDS

Amy Lee is wading into a legal battle with the former manager of Evanescence. She seems to have noticed that their fantastic career stalled quite quickly, and has decided to blame him. In addition, she claims (depth breath) Dennis Rider used the band's cash to cover-up affairs, tried it on with her, and drank too much to be any use. Rider denies it:

"Ms. Lee is very creative in writing lyrics to a song, but now she is creating a version of reality that simply has no basis in fact, and she knows that," it said. "Dennis Rider's guidance of Evanescence and Ms. Lee's personal career has made her a rock and roll celebrity worldwide and wealthy beyond her dreams."

Blimey. He thinks Lee writes creative lyrics and is a celebrity? Maybe he really has lost his grip.
