GWEN WILL HAVE A LITTLE LAMB

It looks like we're going to be spared any more songs about how Gwen Stefani's bioloigical clock is ticking away; which, while a good thing in itself, is only because we're due a bunch of "ooh, you're so titchy and wee" guff: Yes, Gavin Rossdale has knocked her up just in time for Christmas.

There's no word yet as to if it's a girl or a boy, but the Stefani-Rossdales have apparently turfed a bunch of Japanese girls out the spare room so they can make it into a nursery.

I have to say that I've always found Stefani's obsession with harajuku girls a little odd. I mean, all those kids hanging around Harajuku Station tend to be clueless fashion victims with little or no appreciation of the styles and cultures they adopt... oh, hang on, I think I'm getting it now.

Still, congratulations to Gavin and Gwen on their upcoming child. Any idea who the father is?

Karl, Miaow!

So he used to hang around with Peter "Marilyn" Robinson a long time ago. This blog seems to be obsessed with who's secretly gay.

Oh, that's not true anonymous - we're equally obsessed with the secretly straight...

Seriously: what amuses us is the lengths people go to to try and deny they're gay. Whether they're gay or not. After all, Robbie Williams might be the straightest boy in the world, but it's his attempts to prove that which leave him looking like Elton John in a flower market.

Japan's the second biggest music market in the world, and they're slightly less discerning about what they buy or if something 'fo real' or not - especially if it's a big western artist giving the Japanese kids a big thumbs up. This was a well though out ploy in case the American market didn't go for the former Madness-obsessed middle-class ska fan getting all gangsta on their ass. It seems now that no one minds a dead-eyed, careerist drag act doing a bad J-Lo impression. - Elvis
