HELLO, HELLO, I'M BACK AGAIN
More movement on the Gary Glitter case - today's People reports that Vietnam is planning to send him back to Britain as early as the end of this month:
A Home Office insider revealed:"The Vietnamese authorities have given us time to put a plan in place for when Glitter arrives here.
"At the moment all they want to do is get rid of him. Unless there's a dramatic development when the 21 days are up he will be on a plane heading back."
Glitter is hoping he might get a warmer reception in the UK - although he could still be prosecuted for sex crimes abroad, and had left the country before signing the sex offender's register as he was directed to by a court when he was found guilty of whacking himself off to pictures of naked kids.
