IT'S ABOUT TIME FOR THE SPICE REUNION RUMOUR

And here it is, right on cue: The Spice Girls are planning a massive, worldwide reunion tour and everything.

We smell rats, though. The source for this reckons:

"The original plan was just one gig, but everybody got more and more excited and the project grew and grew. There is talk of Japan, US and Europe, but the dates are yet to be finalised. Dance teachers will be meeting with the band in a few weeks and there is a photo-shoot planned."

Dance teachers? For the Spice Girls? They bounced a little, and waved their arms around, but we don't ever recall much dancing.

And there's more:

"Because Geri is pregnant, she has to sit out rehearsals for now, but she has been planning new outfits for the girls and new ideas for the show."

Yes, putting Geri in charge of dressing well and coming up with ideas - that'll get her playing to her strengths, won't it?

Personally, until we see the sweat forming on Mel C's brow as she attempts to carry the rest of them one last time, we won't believe a word of it.
