Apparently, giving Paul McCartney another heir has shifted the metal plate in Heather Mills McCartney's pelvis, and she needs to have an operation to move it all back into place. This is quite a first - a showbiz mother actually acknowledging she's using surgery to get her body shape back to how it was before the pregnancy.
