SOMEONE STOPS CHAD KROEGER
We've never been able to work out why Chad Kroeger is able to keep getting away with it - "it" being, of course, just so distressingly terrible. We know there has to be room for bad music in the world, but Nickelback just push past the boundaries. If Bon Jovi are sneaking a packet of Post-It notes from the stationery cupboard into your pocket to take home, Nickelback are kicking down your bosses' door and forcing them eat their gradmother's corpse.
Anyway, the cops have finally started taking an interest in Kroeger's behaviour - so far, they've just caught him driving erratically at 2am in the morning, but it's a start.

what are your losers problems? Chad Kroeger and NickelBack are the coolest rock band ever! So what if he drove drunk?! You people need help! Stop dissin' people who are better than you at everything and get a life!
So what if he drove drunk? Apart from the reckless disregard for his and other people's lives, you mean?

There's something almost amusing about the reaction of Nickelback fans (supposing you're not the same person twice) thinking that not liking Nickelback is akin somehow to not having a life.
You know who doesn't have a life? People who've died in car accidents caused by drunkards driving.
It's not a "mistake", it's a crime. It's dangerous, and it kills people. A mistake is forgetting to tape the game.
Why would I be jealous of Chad Kroeger? A drunk-driving man with a bad hairstyle and a fanbase so dim they can't even bring themselve to condemn him for getting into a vehicle while pissed.
Record sales prove nothing more than how good a marketing campaign you have - to sell something does not mean it's better than something which doesn't sell, unless you really believe that an Egg McMuffin is superior to home-made pies.
Who cares what a nobody like me thinks? A fair point, although clearly you do, otherwise why would you be bothering to post a response?
How dare you insult this man! His voice is powerful and high up there with the likes of Metallica! I am deeply distresed regarding the negative comments. Leave the man alone for gods sake! He is only human like all of us.
Yep, drunk driving is a CRIME. I agree. It's more than just a bad habit or a simple mistake. But about stopping Chad and Nickelback... That's really something different! His private life and his Nickelback-life are two different things! In my opinion Chad and Nickelback are GREAT!!! They are very good on stage, which can't be said to every band. Well if you don't like the records, you probably haven't heard them live. But if you did you have to admit this (if your anti-feelings are not blocking your mind). This is not about comments on my musical taste or yours. I don't like Maria Carey, but I have to admit she has a great voice, you know... And yes, record sales DO tell someting about songwriters qualities, a band's capabilities and so on.. It's stupidity to assume is only due to marketing that Nickelback is selling so well. They're not a marketing created band. They are a band that has been working hard since highschool to make it and now they are succesfull. I think they deserve it. And if you don't...I think there is an on/off switch on your radio too (on mines there is, you know... in case Maria Carey passes by).

WHy dont you people get a life!!! If you cant see chad Kroeger's amazing talent you are stupid! Yes he did drive drunk. His talent is no excuse for that. Every one makes mistakes. AND WHO THE HECK THINKS THEY HAVE THE RIGHT TO DISS ON CHAD'S HAIR!!?? It is very attractive in my opinion. CHad Kroeger is an amazing man with alot of talent. I am disappointed at his mistake. But GOD forgave my sins, why cant you people forgive his?
so people make mistakes, but that doesn't take away their greatness. people who diss nickelback, get a life just because thier great and your not doesnt give you the right to judge chad kroeger. even if he did get caught driving drunk he still makes great music with nickelback. hes not the first person do get caught driving drunk.
