Robbie Williams is not the wonder of Woolies

According to a report on BBC 6 Music News yesterday, Robbie William's most recent album, Rudebox, didn't so much flop as never got upright. Woolworths were expecting to shift 450,000 copies in the first week; it actually only scraped 150,000 copies.

It's fair to say that the shortfall can't be explained away by iTunes purchases.
