KT Tunstall has been having some work done - not the Extreme Makeover sort, though. Apparently, she had an undersized kidney and has had work done to rectify that somehow.

When my mum was short of kidneys, she'd usually bulk out the pie with mushrooms, but I'm not sure that would work under these medical conditions.
