Why must we always roll over for football?
Football has forced the cancellation of tonight's datarock gig in Liverpool. Apparently, Liverpool FC playing in the Champion of Leagues Champion Leagues Champions Final against... oh, some other team, has been enough for the gig to be axed. Even although they could probably have filled the place out with Everton fans if nothing else.

It's an easy mistake to make for someone with no interest in football, but Everton fans will also be glued to the game, passionately cheering on one team and hoping that they humiliate the other on their road to victory.
"Tonight, Matthew, all bluenoses are going to be AC Milan fans."
The game's not on until tomorrow...
