Branson to try to regain Virginship?

There's a curious story in the The Observer today which suggests that Richard Branson and Charles Allen - the man who did so much to make ITV what it is today - could be linking up to launch a bid to regain control of Virgin Radio.

Just what the station needs - more management shuffling. With, doubtless, another new set of plans, formats and shake-ups. What could possibly go wrong?
