Presumably, had Diana not been buried on that island on the Althorp Estate, by now Geri Halliwell would have dug up her corpse and be escorting it around town. In lieu of being able to despoil the corpse, Halliwell is merely going to try and screw with her memory by way of a tribute record.

Yes, The Spice Girls are writing a song to glory the remembrance of Diana:
