Mark McClelland's not-entirely-smooth departure from Snow Patrol has got even more complicated, as his attempts to get some cash out the band are now spilling over into legal action.

McClelland wants some of the spoils of the success he feels he helped create - which is fair enough, but if he gets, says 10% of the cash, shouldn't he also take ten per cent of the criticism of the band's mimsying, heartless waste of electronics?
