HUNTINGDON TAKES ON MORRISSEY

Viviscetion lab Huntingdon Life Sciences has taken a break from inserting tubes into rabbits and seeing how long it takes a beagle to explode if you feed it crackers or whatever their vital work is to join the Morrissey Hunt. Actually, their reaction to Morrissey's support for animal right extremists was fairly mild:

"People can have whatever opinions they want, but to condone and encourage acts of violence is entirely wrong and should not be allowed in democracy."

Not that there's anything violent, of course, about force-feeding sofa stuffing to beavers.

The Cambridge Evening News, however, is keen to portray Morrissey as a terrorist-in-waiting, even outing his secret identity (Morrissey, full name Stephen Morrissey). Be careful, Cambridge, we hear he murders people with meat.

Um...where were they when Blair "condoned and encouraged" the bully-boy invasion of Iraq? Are they saying we're not in a democracy?

And isn't a democracy all about free speech?

Yes, let's go back to the good old days of anthrax, polio, smallpox, rubella, hepatitis B, and diptheria, to name but a few. The days when you couldn't get transplants of hearts, lungs, kidneys, corneas, and so on.

I certainly hope that you folks have foresworn all vaccinations and pharmaceuticals. And that when your parents or your spouse or your child dies of some horrific disease, or suucumbs to Parkinson's Alzheimer's etc., you go to them on your death bed and tell them how proud you are that you supported groups that firebombed the people who might have saved their life.

Yes indeed! The end justifies the means. Think of how much we could have learned from things like the Tuskegee experiment too if those goddamned liberals hadn't interfered with it.
