Although Britney's current actions suggest that she's barely bothering with rational thought, there's still a compulsion on the part of the Britarrazi to try and read some level of meaning into them.

So it is that, as she careers around wearing her old wedding dress, the Daily Mail decides that she's planning to marry someone, anyone, in order to prove that she's a good parent and to, thereby, retain custody of the children.

Rather than the more likely possibility that she's so badly damaged now her behaviour has no logical explanation any more.
