You might have noticed some disruption to the service this week, as we were moving house and, for the next couple of days, are attempting to blog using BT's awful dial-up, a service which is only beaten for slowness by the speed at which they move Broadband service from one line to another. (The speed, it seems, is dictated entirely by the computer system - which all their helpline staff describe as The Process, like it's actually a living microcommunity. It seems they only have two boxes to choose from in The Process, which means if you want anything other than a very standard service, you're stuffed. We're told our broadband is back on Wednesday - we shall see...)
