Avril Lavigne is her generation's Paul McCartney

You know there are too many conspiracy theories when people are reduced to claiming that Avril Lavigne died and was replaced by an imposter in 2003:

A Brazilian blog post goes into an extreme amount of detail, looking at differences between 'old' Avril and 'new' Avril including height ("Avril was 1.58m in 2002 and now it's 1.55m - it's impossible!"), voice ("the double is soprano"), and even her nose and freckles.

"They are different physically, although they are almost identical," the conspiracy theorist wrote. "After all, they are lookalikes."

And apparently Avril changing autographs and fashion style is another piece of 'proof' that the Avril today is not the same as the one from more than 13 years ago.
You could just about see why The Beatles might have gone to the trouble of bringing in a ringer for Paul McCartney when he died at the age of 28, although nobody has ever explained why they'd have gone to all that subterfuge and then give the game away by effectively releasing an album sleeve with the words "THAT'S NOT THE REAL PAUL WE HAVE DONE A TRICK" all over it.

But had Avril needed to be replaced in 2003? Wouldn't you just have gone with someone else who could be a bit like Pink?

Jonathan Davis wants you to wake up, Sheeple

Can you not see, people? Obama is controlling Miley Cyrus' butt. Jonathan Davis says so:

And what's really going on, according to the Korn singer, is that President Obama is using Miley Cyrus to distract America while be becomes a tyrannical dictator. As evidence, Davis points to January 2012, when Obama signed a law that let the government hold citizens indefinitely without trial while everyone else was reading about Miley Cyrus and a penis cake.
Given that Miley Cyrus is in the newspapers every day, and mostly either waggling her arse, or eating a cake made out of penises, or kissing a animatronic Katy Perry, Obama wouldn't really have to worry about creating a distracting sideshow. There's always going to be one along sooner or later.
On February 17, Jonathan Davis appeared on the conspiracy program "The Alex Jones Show."
He hold the host "It seems really sad that everybody's so asleep and oblivious to the fact that the country uses the media to capture people's attention or take away from the fact that what's going on with our country. It really freaked me out when the whole Miley Cyrus thing was going on, and when that went down, [President] Barack [Obama] passed that new law that he can imprison anyone he wants and he doesn't have to charge them and he can keep them as long as he wants.
So what does Davis think is going on? He explained "Basically, all our liberties are being taken away one by one, and finally, I feel like it's time... I've gotta do something and try and get as many people as we can to wake up and see what's really going on."
Although Obama first signed an NDAA which allowed this to happen in December 2011. Perhaps Davis had been distracted by the Katy Perry/Russell Brand divorce.

Obviously, that would have been arranged by Obama too. Or the people controlling him.
Davis told Jones "I mean, I've said it before. I think he's an illuminati puppet. It just doesn't make sense, the whole thing. The guy comes from out of nowhere, he gets made president, all this stuff starts happening. I don't know... It just didn't make sense to me. And to top top it off, I'm not really a political person, I don't know much about it, I'm just worried about my privacy and my children's privacy. This being America, we're supposed to be the 'land of the free,' and it's becoming a police state."
Except Obama didn't come out of "nowhere". Perhaps if you'd not been so distracted making your terrible music, Jonathan, you'd have spotted him climbing up the ranks.

But hang on... how do we know that Davis isn't PART OF THE CONSPIRACY? What if he's just talking about penis cakes and doing shows about vomit to MISDIRECT US TOTALLY? How do we know that he's not just letting ALEX JONES SECRETLY PULL ALL OF THE STRINGS? HOW? H
Unfortunately, the rest of this post has been lost. If you'd like to read the rest of it, please ring up the Pentagon and say 'I know'. You can use any number to ring the Pentagon; they'll be monitoring them all.

Matt Cardle: It's always the quiet ones, isn't it?

Clearly, the slow career progression being enjoyed by Matt Cardle means he's got too much time on his hands: He appears to spend his time reading long tracts on the internet:

He said: "Well, there's a lot of conspiracy. I've gotta be careful what I say. The whole 9/11 thing, something's not quite right there. I think the way it was portrayed on TV and who was responsible and the way it happened was not the way it happened."
You've got to love the "I've gotta be careful what I say", like he's a Julian Assange figure.
Then asked whether he believed the US government led by then-president George W.Bush was behind the attacks, Cardle reportedly responded by nodding vigorously.

Asked to elaborate, he said: "It's just not what they say it is. Other conspiracies might be true and the one I believe might also be bullshit. But all I do know is what they're saying is bullshit. From the things I've seen, I don't care what anyone says. To not question it is silly."
It turns out that Cardle will believe anything - that the X Factor is a way to shortcut the process to musical credibility; that there was a million dollar contract at the end of it; that George Bush was competent enough to organise 9/11 and a good enough actor to look so gormless when he was told about the planes.

Still, be careful Matt: we wouldn't want you disappearing totally from public view. I mean, obviously, you more-or-less did almost as soon as you won the X Factor.

Matt Cardle's 2012 tour will start in Guantanamo Bay, before concluding in the tunnels underneath Denver Airport THAT THEY DON'T WANT YOU TO KNOW ABOUT

Jessie J: Illuminati, but nice

Jessie J's status as the B-road Lady GaGa gathers apace; she's even now getting her own Illuminati conspiracy attacks.

This is from Vigilant Citizen:

Sporting Mickey Mouse ears, a classic symbol associated with mind control programming. Other artists sporting the Mickey Mouse look? Type “Mickey Mouse” in the search box at the top of this page [on VC] and see what you find.
You get Rihanna, Aguilera and GaGa, although, interestingly, not this one:
Which, to be honest, seems to be more likely the starting point than any sort of mind control.

If wearing Mickey Mouse ears really is a sign of mind control, surely Joanie Cunningham from Happy Days must be the Big Brother of our age? No wonder Howard always wanted her to not wear the ears at the table.
You might have recognized a bunch of symbols discussed in other articles on this site, about other artists such as Rihanna or Lady Gaga.
Vigilant Citizen concludes this shows just how deep things run, rather than evidence that Jessie J is pretty much nipping down the shops with some successful pop videos and asking if they could run up something similar.

The Citizen then quotes the director's vague explanation of the stuff in the video, which - ha! - proves their point:
When asked about these types of videos, directors are extremely vague and barely coherent. On the other hand, they can’t very well say to Teen Bop Magazine “Well, it’s about Illuminati mind control, where Jessie J is a Monarch slave being manipulated by higher powers”.
Although, since VC claims that the video is full of symbols doing just that, it's not clear why they wouldn't say that.
Right from the start, the video begins with a powerful and symbolic image, one that sums up the entire meaning of this piece: a teddy bear with one eye missing and a torn arm. The combination of several elements in this scene strongly point towards trauma-based mind control.
Or possibly a love of The Raggy Dolls.

Or perhaps Back-To-Front also had trauma-based mind control going on. And a back-to-front head. Sheesh, even Ian Duncan-Smith might give him a day off work with that all going on.
In another scene, Jessie J is portrayed as a ballerina in a music box, the type you have to wind-up before it starts dancing. The ballerina needs an outside force to get her to perform, another metaphor for the mind state of an industry artist and a mind controlled slave.
Or, possibly, a toy. She could just be pretending to be a toy.

But there's more:
Portraying pop stars as puppets manipulated by unseen forces from above is one of the Illuminati’s favorite ways to show their control of the industry. What better way to show the elite’s use of pop stars to program and indoctrinate the masses?
Well... how about showering Matt Cardle with money? Wouldn't it be better to not portray your puppets as, well, puppets? Because isn't showing the strings kind of giving away the magic? It'd be like having the daleks roll along saying 'we are just men pushing boxes around, and the scary voice is coming from someone else' and expecting them to be scary.
In another scene, Jessie J is sitting inside a doll house which is yet another significant setting in terms of mind control. Due to intense trauma, Monarch slaves are encouraged to dissociate from reality to escape the pain of the various tortures they must endure. The doll house is a representation of the make-believe world victims escape to when dissociation occurs. Furthermore, actual doll houses are used as props in the programming of children.
Actual doll houses. Houses that actual dolls live in. Or possibly actual houses than have been run by dolls. Pussycat Dolls, maybe. In houses. With pussycats. ON STRINGS. Like in a pantomime - and I think we all know why the word "pant" is there, don't we kids?

Hang about... Vig has spotted a one eye doll:
This scene is shown for less than a second. It is nevertheless extremely meaningful. It is a visual representation of the fractured psyche of a trauma victim. In mind control symbolism, dolls represent the alter persona created and programmed by the slave’s handler. In the video, the doll head has one eye missing, alluding to Illuminati mind control. Jessie’s eye is where the missing eye should be, effectively portraying the merger of the victim with its alter persona.
Yeah... peek-a-boo, or is it peek-a-do-as-I-say? Huh?
Here Jessie has one leg removed from her body, another reminder of the fractured mind state of the victim.
Assuming you have your mind in your legs.

But what is she wearing, Vigilant?
To further drive the point home, the singer is wearing feline-print leggings, which, as we have often seen, is a code for Sex-Kitten programming.
Wearing sexy leggings is not a code for anything; it's an attempt to be sexy. It's like saying wearing a policeman's helmet is code for having been through policeman training, rather than, you know, doing a thing policemen do after they've been to policeman school.
See those hats? Don't let them fool you; they're showing they've been mind-controlled at Hendon, even though you might think they're just pretending.

It's not clear - it never is - why the Illuminati have gone to all this trouble to build a secret musician mind control programming system only to lard the videos they're making with clues revealing it. They really are shit at secrets, aren't they? If the mafia was as rubbish as they are, they'd be called The Organised Crime Team and put photos of themselves of Facebook threatening people. "Big Ron is... telling a frightened shop owner that it would be a pity if something happened to him, by which he means he'll break his legs if he doesn't get money."

It's also not clear why the Illuminati would put all this effort into building up Jessie J, which would seem to be on a par with the Soviets infiltrating the Little Rissington Parish Council.

Jessie J "not shapeshifting lizard or anything" - official

Suspicions that Jessie J is the Pontins Lady GaGa are growing as she continues to churn through the GaGa playbook. She's just reached the insane rumour that she's part of an Illuminati conspiracy bit. DigitalSpy sees all:

The singer, who released the music video for her new single 'Price Tag' yesterday, rubbished suggestions that she supports the purported conspiratorial organisation after making a hand gesture in the clip often recognised as a symbol of allegiance to the group.
I've never quite got the thinking behind claims that a super, super secret society would from time to time forget it's a super, super secret society and have one of its people go round making their secret symbols in pop videos, or building a secret facility, disguising it as an airport, and then covering it all with signs saying 'Look! Conspiracy going on here'.

Naturally, Jessie J denies it all:
Moments after the clip premiered, she tweeted: "lmao at the illuminati comments on 'price tag'. Jheeze people im doing the 'OK' sign over my eye. No 666 round here round here... No thank you (sic)."

She later insisted: "No I do not believe in the Illuminati nor am I involves in it. Fact. Lol."
BUT HOW CAN YOU NOT BE INVOLVES IN IT IF YOU DON'T BELIEVE IN IT, EH? EH? YOU SAY THERE'S NOTHING TO BE INVOLVES IN, SO WHY WOULD YOU SAY YOU ARE NOT INVOLVES? Also Jheeze is like not being able to say Jesus because the words will burn your Illuminati lips and... oh, just go and make a dress out of bacon.

Jackson fans won't look at the movie

It's been a while since we've seen Michael Jackson fans protesting furiously outside a place - not since they were angrily demanding we just take his word for it that nothing happened with them kids, anyway. Now, though, they're back and they're angry, picketing outside the This is It movie premiere.

They're annoyed that the film shows a Jackson energetically bounding about on stage:

The dedicated fans, who have set up a campaign called This Is Not It, are accusing concert promoter AEG Live of putting too much pressure on the star and failing to give him adequate medical supervision

They are planning to hand out flyers at many of the 15 simultaneous global premieres on Tuesday and Wednesday.

The film shows him healthy, and so therfore must be part of an elaborate cover-up. I'm not sure if they're calling for the film to be reworked to show a frail Jackson wheezing between verses and clutching his chest and stopping Thriller three times during the dance; or if they'd be happier for a film to go out with Jermaine doing Michael's bits.

Gordon in the morning: That bloke's a nutter

Gordon brings us news this morning of Jim from The Corrs, who is furthermore a Corr. He is, apparently, a "nutter":

He insists that the tragic events of 9/11 a hoax — and that European cooperation is being masterminded by a secret group of political plotters who want to turn the entire globe into a Soviet-style socialist state. Phew.

I'm not sure, but I suspect Gordon means Corr believes 9/11 was an inside job rather than a "hoax", which would imply that it didn't happen. Like the moonlandings.

Still, Gordon has no time for this sort of thing:
His theories are plainly laughable and cribbed from unreliable internet sources.

Goodness - imagine that. An unreliable website whose readers believe every word they read on it. Does that remind you of anything, oh, Prime Minister of Gossip?

You wouldn't get Gordon Smart encouraging people to go online and bang away about things they can't possibly know about, would you?

Oh... hang on: what's this at the foot of the Corr story?

Jadakiss This

Interesting times in America, of course, with George W starting to drop hints about how, you know, holding elections could be a cause of terrorism and, really, if we want to sleep safe in our beds maybe we should stop doing them. Launching himself right in the middle of the political storming is Jadakiss, last seen driving with a car stashed full of, well, stash, now accusing Bush of knocking down the Twin Towers. (That's a hell of a conspiracy theory - how strong was the stuff he was on?). What's interesting about this, though, is that some radio stations are saying that both the clean and adult versions of the songs they were given had had the line taken out entirely. Other stations are playing the song in full, to, erm, no reaction at all - which means one of three things:

- Americans pretty much accept that Bush was involved up to his little eyeballs and aren't even surprised that anyone says so;

- They think that Jadakiss may be spewing some odd nonesense, but fully embrace his right to do so under the Constitution or;

- As soon as a DJ says "coming up, Jadakiss", most people retune.

We're going with option three.
